Privacy Policy
Dunk Slam Night ("the game") is a basketball game. This page explains what information the game uses and how.
Data we collect
The game does not ask you to create an account. Your scores, progress, diamonds and settings are stored on your device.
Online VS: Only when you play an online match, the game creates an anonymous player ID on Google Firebase (European server). For the match it sends: the player name shown in the game, the match and room code, your round scores and your touches during each turn, so your shot can be replayed exactly on your opponent's phone. Only your opponent in that match sees this; it is not used for ads or tracking. Nothing is sent in the other modes. Details: Firebase privacy information.
Third-party services
- Ads (Google AdMob): The game only shows rewarded ads that you choose to watch. To show ads, Google may process data such as the advertising identifier, device and app information and approximate location (from the IP address). In the EEA and the UK, Google's consent form is shown on first launch and can be changed later with "Privacy options" on the game's Settings page. On iOS, ad tracking only happens if you allow it. Details: Google Privacy Policy.
- In-app purchases (Apple App Store / Google Play): Payments are processed by Apple or Google. We never see your card or payment details; we only receive confirmation that a purchase was completed.
- Game Center (iOS) / Google Play Games (Android): If you sign in, your player ID, nickname and scores are sent to Apple or Google for leaderboards, and your progress is backed up to that account's cloud save. If you do not sign in, this data stays on your device.
Children
The game does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
Deleting data
Deleting the game removes all game data from your device. To have your online match records deleted, email us. Game Center / Google Play Games data can be deleted in those accounts' settings. Contact us with any questions.
